Westhouse Securities, the London-based institutional stockbroking and corporate advisory firm, has appointed Andy Crossley to the position of Managing Director, reporting to Mark Brown, Executive Chairman. Andy will be a member of the Executive Committee and join the Board of Westhouse Securities Ltd.
Andy’s primary focus will be helping win corporate clients and executing capital market transactions. He will also take day-to-day responsibility for co-ordinating Research, Sales, Sales Trading & Trading and Corporate Finance & Broking and ensuring alignment across the firm.
Andy joins from Peel Hunt where he worked as Head of ECM for four years having previously built a pre-eminent reputation over more than twenty years as one of the best known UK small-cap fund managers, primarily at Invesco Perpetual.
